In this guide, we will review the steps you can take to log back into your account and change your vote cast on any non-electoral ballot. This is for web browsers on a laptop or computer.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account: Enter your credentials and log in to your account from your association’s landing page.

  2. Upon entry, locate and click on the ‘hand inserting a paper ballot‘ icon in the top center. ⬇️

  3. Locate the ballot you wish to change your vote for and click on “SEE VOTE RECEIPTS“. ⬇️

  4. On this screen, locate and select the red button labeled “CHANGE ALL UNITS VOTES”. ⬇️

  5. You should proceed to vote as you did when originally casting your vote. You may log in and change your vote as many times as desired.

Your final vote cast before the closing of the vote will be the one counted towards the tally.

Success! You have changed your non-electoral vote as desired.
