How to Pay your charges

This article will review the steps to pay your charges within the ONR App.

1. Log into the ONR App. If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, search for “ONR App” in your App Store and download it.

2. Once logged in, locate the wallet icon at the bottom of the screen and tap on it.

3. Select “PAYMENT METHODS“.

4. Enter your credit card or ACH information for payment.

5. After submitting your payment details, return to your wallet and click on “ONE TIME CHARGES“.

NOTE: If the charges you wish to pay are recurring, please select the “RECURRING CHARGES” tile for this step.

 

6. On the next screen, you will see your charges displayed. Review them carefully to ensure accuracy.

Select “PAY NOW

 

7. The payment method you entered will be automatically selected in the “Pay With:” field. 

If it is correct, proceed by selecting the “PAY NOW” button (in blue).

 

8. Congratulations! Your payment has been successfully submitted.

An email receipt for your payment will be sent to you.

If your cell phone number is registered in your account, you will also receive an SMS text message confirming your payment. Thank you!

** If your charges are incorrect, please follow up directly with management to correct them.
